ChroNOline™ — Caprooyl Tetrapeptide-3 (Dextran) 

A biomimetic lipopeptide engineered to mimic the body's own growth factor signalling pathway. It is composed of four amino acids coupled to caproic acid, a lipid that significantly enhances penetration through the skin and increases the molecule's efficacy at the site of action. In vitro, ChroNOline™ directly stimulates the production of the three fundamental structural components of the Dermal-Epidermal Junction: Collagen VII, Laminin-5 and Fibronectin. In ex vivo studies on aged skin explants, it not only prevented the corticoid-induced degradation of these proteins but actively stimulated their renewed production, demonstrating a genuine rejuvenating capacity rather than a merely protective one. In clinical studies on 40 to 65 year old volunteers, twice-daily application over 56 days produced a maximum reduction in fine lines of 35% and a maximum reduction in main wrinkles of 47%, with visible results appearing within the first month.
