TGM Company LLC is the trademark owner, producer, and distributor of ELEMENTUM products.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the Website, you confirm that:

We offer a 14-day return policy on all ELEMENTUM products. 8. Subscription Orders
We offer a subscription service that allows you to receive selected ELEMENTUM products on a recurring basis at a chosen interval. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically at each renewal date.
8.1 Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on the Website, or by contacting us at hello@elementumskin.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
8.2 Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
8.3 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within a reasonable period. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We will notify you by email in such circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to the ELEMENTUM brand name, logo, product names, product descriptions, images, copy, and design elements — is the exclusive property of TGM Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
