Every formula is developed and manufactured in Italy, in facilities specialised in dermatological and pharmaceutical-grade skincare. Packaging and filling are completed in the same country.
No. ELEMENTUM is cruelty-free. Neither our finished products nor their individual ingredients are tested on animals.
Most of our line is formulated to be tolerated by sensitive skin. Active-forward products — peptides, exfoliating acids, brightening complexes at efficacious strength — benefit from a period of acclimatisation. Each product page lists the key actives and the recommended usage frequency. If you're unsure, begin with lower-intensity products and build up.
ELEMENTUM formulas do not contain synthetic fragrance. Any scent you detect is the natural signature of the actives themselves.

Yes. All ELEMENTUM formulas are halal-certified. Certification details are available on request.
Usage & Routine
Each ELEMENTUM product carries a number — 1 through 7 — that tells you exactly where it belongs in your routine. 1 is always first (cleanse). 7 is always last (seal). The numbers are not cosmetic; they are the sequence. Every product in the system performs better when the ones before it have done their work.
In numerical order. Cleanse (1A or 1B), Tone (4), Eye Contour (5), Moisturise (6A or 6B), Seal (7). Exfoliating Scrub (2) and Clay Mask (3) are weekly treatments used after cleansing, on alternate days (never together).
7 (Revitalizing Anti-Age Serum) is engineered as a sealing serum. It is the final layer of the routine, applied on top of the face cream to lock in the work of every product beneath it while continuing its own structural work on the skin. This is intentional, and the order matters. Apply it last.
Yes. The formulas are designed as a complete system but are not hostile to products from other lines. If you're layering actives from multiple brands, check for overlap — particularly peptides, retinoids, acids, and vitamin C — to avoid over-treating the skin.
No. The Exfoliating Scrub (2) and the Calming Clay Mask (3) are both deep treatments. Using them together over-stimulates the skin and undoes the benefit of either. Alternate them across the week — Scrub two to three times a week, Mask once to twice a week, never both in a single day.
Yes. The SPF4+ filter in 6A (Anti-Age Moisturising Face Cream) and 6B (Anti-Age Oil Control Face Cream) provides daily incremental UV protection; it is not a substitute for dedicated sun protection. In high-sun conditions, and particularly in the UAE climate, apply a dedicated SPF on top of your moisturiser.

Shipping is complimentary on every order of $252 or more, wherever we deliver — so the Advanced Routine and Performance Routine always ship free. A tracking link is sent by email the moment your order is dispatched — same day for UAE orders, the next business day for orders shipping elsewhere. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact us.
You can return any product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You pay return shipping up front, and we refund it once your return reaches us. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost. Full terms on our Returns & Refunds page.
No. ELEMENTUM does not discount. We deliver value through our bundle tiers: the Advanced Routine includes free shipping; the Performance Routine includes free shipping and a complimentary Balancing & Calming Face Toner ($52 value). If you see ELEMENTUM being discounted anywhere, it is not an authorised sale.
Subscriptions are available on our daily-use products — cleansers, moisturisers, toner, eye serum, and Revitalizing Serum. Choose a delivery interval of 30 or 45 days to match how quickly you use your products. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime. No minimum commitment. Weekly products — the Scrub and the Mask — are not on subscription by default, as they last nine to twelve months at weekly use.

ELEMENTUM is available exclusively through this website and through a small number of selected stockists. We are not sold in mass-market retail.
