Where We Ship
ELEMENTUM ships worldwide. We deliver to virtually every country and territory. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at hello@elementumskin.com before placing your order.
Free Shipping
All orders of $252 or more qualify for complimentary shipping, regardless of destination. The order total is calculated after any applicable adjustments and before import duties or local taxes.
Orders below $252 are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes by region are shown below. All timeframes are indicative and refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery to some remote or hard-to-reach destinations may take up to 20 business days. Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Express Delivery (UAE)
Same-day delivery is available across the United Arab Emirates for $9. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GST on a business day to qualify for same-day dispatch; orders placed after this time are delivered the next business day.
Order Processing
UAE orders placed before 12:00 PM GST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and UAE public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Orders to all other destinations are dispatched the next business day.
During peak periods — including product launches, promotional campaigns, and public holidays — processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there is any significant delay affecting your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@elementumskin.com.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are levied by local authorities and are entirely outside our control.
Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable rates before placing an international order.
Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping costs.
Failed or Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful — due to an incorrect address, absence of a recipient, or failure to clear customs — the carrier will typically make one or more additional attempts or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.
If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. If you choose not to proceed with re-delivery, we will issue a refund for the product value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. ELEMENTUM cannot be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@elementumskin.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
