How your order moves from our facility to you.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST on a business day (Sunday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on UAE public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery within the UAE

Standard delivery: [1–3] business days. Cost: [AED X], complimentary on orders above [AED X] and on The Performance Edition and The Complete System bundles.

Express delivery (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): same-day for orders placed before 12:00 PM GST. Cost: [AED X].

GCC delivery

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. Timelines: [3–7] business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International delivery

International orders are delivered within [7–14] business days. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email the moment your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, our carrier will attempt delivery up to two further times before returning the order to our facility. Re-shipment costs are borne by the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived by the latest expected date, contact [CUSTOMER EMAIL] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter directly.
