We stand behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all ELEMENTUM products, from the date of delivery. You may return any product within this period — opened or unopened — and receive a full refund. No lengthy explanations required.

You arrange and pay for return shipping. We refund the cost of return shipping to you once your return reaches us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

– The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier;
– The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused;
– The product is returned in a condition that allows us to reasonably assess its contents.

We do not require products to be unopened or unused to qualify for a return. We trust our customers to use our products and to return them honestly if they are not satisfied.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email us at hello@elementumskin.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. A reason is helpful but not mandatory.

Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorisation

We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions for packaging, dispatch, and where to send your return.

Step 3 — Send Your Return

Package the product securely, using the original packaging where possible, and send it to the return address we provide. Please keep your proof of postage — we use it to refund your return shipping cost.

Step 4 — Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and assess your return, we will process a full refund — including the cost of your return shipping — to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless specifically requested by the customer.

The full product value is refunded, together with the cost of return shipping. The original outbound shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we confirm receipt of your return for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@elementumskin.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you. You will not be required to return the product in most cases.

Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same 14-day return policy as standard orders. If you wish to return a subscription product, follow the same process outlined above.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription cycle you do not wish to receive, please cancel or pause your subscription at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date via your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@elementumskin.com.

EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our returns policy operates alongside your statutory rights and does not restrict them in any way.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at hello@elementumskin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

What We Cannot Accept

While our policy is intentionally broad, we are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:

– The return request is made more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date;
– The product has been intentionally damaged, tampered with, or adulterated;
– The product is returned without prior authorisation from our team.
